These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Live Life Creations Ltd.'s Website, located at https://www.livelifecreations.co.uk/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use livelifecreations.co.uk if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind after you have received the item you must let me know within 30 days that you wish to return the items, then return them to me. They must be in the original packaging and in perfect selling condition for me to give the refund.

Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty as they are custom made for you.

*Please note if you return the items it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. A refund is given for the item but not for the return postage costs.


Payment

*I take payments from paypal, Direct Checkout and clearpay. Payment is due immediately after purchase.

*If you do need a little longer to pay contact me however if i don't hear within three days I have the right to cancel the order.
 

Delivery
**OUR COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE PO BOX DELIVERY ADDRESSES AS YOUR ORDER IS AT RISK OF GOING MISSING.**

*Please note orders will be posted to your address provided so please make sure this is correct and up to date as I am not responsible if the address provided has been incorrect. If you do need to change the address, please email me to let me know, and I can change it.

*I can not be held responsible for loss or damage when it has left my presence.

 

CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES
As the buyer, you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We cannot predict these fees and therefore cannot calculate them for you.

Opening times are 9-5 Monday to Friday. Please note we are not open during the weekend therefore we will not be make and dispatch orders. Messages will be checked Sporadically.

Please allow up to 1-5 working days for your order to be made (making times can change due to busy periods - this time is stated on order). From the date of dispatch, your order will THEN arrive within the timescale you selected at checkout (e.g. Next Day 1-2 Working Days, Express 2-3 Working Days, Economy 3-5 Working Days).

CANCELLING/CHANGING ORDERS
Due to the way we work to ensure a fast turnaround, we're unable to cancel or change orders. The personalisation provided while adding the item to your cart will be the personalisation printed on your items.

If you need to make a change to a delivery address, please email me as soon as possible on info”livelifecreations.uk. If you are unable to reach us out of hours, please message us via facebook

INVOICES/PACKAGING
All items are sent with a delivery note detailing the product(s) and delivery address. This does not show any prices.
Unfortunately, we are unable to include gift notes or messages in parcels at the moment, but this is something we're working on.


PREVIEWS/MOCK-UPS/PHOTOS
We dispatch hundreds of orders a day so unfortunately, we cannot provide photographs of your order prior to sending it out. All items are produced to the standard shown on the product page and will use the same colours, fonts and designs as shown.

For custom orders, such as our "your logo" and "your text here" products, we will send a mock-up prior to making your item for you to approve. Once this has been approved, your item will be printed and sent as shown in the approved mock-up.

You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example) if you contact us directly.

There's something wrong with my order - what now?
While we always do our best to ensure your order is perfect, we are only human and sometimes mistakes can happen. We'll gladly put things right so please get in touch and message with the following information:


1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. An image of the product received, clearly showing the issue


My item is a gift - how will it be sent?
Due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to gift wrap items at the moment.
All orders are sent with a delivery note detailing the contents of the order. No prices are shown.

 

Can I change any personalisation details once my order has been placed?
Unfortunately due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to make any amendments or changes to any personalised orders you have already placed.

Please double check your details are correct before putting your order through.
